ABOUT
Sydney Party Bus

Sydney Party Bus was established in 1999 as a dedicated party bus company. Our buses are all ex State Transit Government Buses. The oldest is a fully refurbished 1973 Leyland Atlantean double decker. The double deckers are predominantly used as city sightseeing vehicles in our Sydney Night Tour programme. All our other buses are Mercedes Benz O305 Mk II´s and have coloured `party´ lights and Juke Box music to create a party atmosphere. The Mercedes buses have some seats removed to allow for a dance floor and dance pole.

Our core business is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for parties as well as transfers for school formals and corporate events.

DRIVING
Sydney Party Bus

Our drivers, like our vehicles, are the `face´ of our business. All drivers are fully trained to operate our unique vehicles. To ensure our professional image is maintained we have set procedures which are detailed in our procedures document and supported by regular staff training. Currently all driving positions are on a casual basis. Our busiest night is Saturday followed by Friday night with kids birthday parties (12-18 years). Our busy time of year is in November with School Formal Transfers, typically we have buses running every night during November. Work is allocated on a seniority basis. The drivers whom have been with the company the longest will get the first choice of the work available. We strive to give everyone regular work either driving or hosting where appropriate. Drivers and hosts are supplied with a uniform.

PARTY
Sydney Party Bus

All charters are confirmed once we receive a booking form. The booking is conditional on the understanding that the group accepts our terms and conditions. All groups pay a bond which is refunded provided the terms and conditions are adhered to. Drinking is not allowed on Sydney Party Bus unless approved in writing before the charter. This is to ensure minimal fuss on the night for our staff and venues. In some cases we do allow drinks to be brought onto the bus, usually when the bus is picking up from a residential address. When this is the case, drinks are strictly limited to one standard drink per person. This is to ensure everyone, including our staff have a great time. Most party bus charters include some dedicated `Party Bus Cruzin´ in the city. This gives our guests time to choose a few songs on the Juke Box and enjoy the bus. Our most popular package is the NightClub Hopper which is a `share´ bus for small groups. The Hopper starts and finishes in the city and visits 3 popular night clubs and includes some cruzin´ through Kings Cross and Oxford Street. All party groups depart the last venue before 2am.

Sydney Party Bus is expanding and is looking for more drivers. If you think you have what it takes then we would love to hear from you. Bus experience is not necessarily an advantage. We currently have a great crew of employees who work every second or third Saturday to meet other employment or social commitments. We pay above award wages after your training period with incentives and bonuses after long term employment. If you´re a people person, not afraid of a microphone, can think on your feet, hold an MR licence with an excellent driving history and able to work on your own and in a team then please fill out the application form.
