Wedding Transport

Keeping your guests together on your wedding day is convenient and practical, particularly if some of the guests are from interstate.

We can provide anything between holistic transport needs to a one-way transfer from the church to the reception. If you have guests travelling from interstate make sure you look at what we can offer in the sample package below.

Bus transport takes the parking pressure off your guests and provides an ideal and safe way for your guests to meet n' mingle.

Sample Package

Include the following information sheet with your Wedding Invitations. Our services are self explanitory.

Dear Guest,
If you are travelling to Sydney for the wedding we have organised the following accommodation and transport services that may be helpful to you. We will have a bus departing Sydney Airport at 1pm on Friday. The bus will travel to XXX Motel. If you book your accommodation at xxxx, mention that you are with our wedding group and you will get a discount. Their phone number is (02) 1234 5678.
At 6pm a Party Bus will arrive at the motel to take you to dinner followed by a night on the town. After dinner the boys will be going to XXXX and the girls to XXXXXX. The bus will return you to the motel by 1am. Cost for dinner and the night on the town is $x per person payable to the bus driver. You do not pay for the other bus services.
On Saturday a bus will pick you up from the motel at 2pm and take you to the church, the reception and then back to the motel.
On Sunday morning at 10am the bus will run between the motel and the airport (to arrive by 11am).
